The kingdom of Porodisa was located on the island of Karakelang, desa Bannada, Kep. Talaud, prov. Sulawesi Utara.

History of the kingdom of Porodisa
Located at the northern part of Karakelang island, Bannada Village is designated as a custom village by the government of Talaud Islands District, North Sulawesi. The local wisdom of the Talaud or Porodisa kingdom that remains awake today is the reason why the government pinned the title.
Inheritance objects can be seen today. Arriving in the village, you first must report in the village office. The king of Porodisa now is Julianus Yoro or called Ratuntampa will explain about these objects. Julianus is a descendent of the 11th king of Porodisa.
The tribe is divided into four tribes Tal’au, Laetu, Yoro and Woe, each headed by the chief. But from the four villages of the royal territory of Porodisa, Bannada is the center of the kingdom. This village is the oldest village, the beginning of the kingdom of Porodisa.
